What is Linx?

Why do you need Linx?

A unique modern controller that declutters the dashboard and centralises the command of vehicle accessories by replacing classic switches, gauges and monitors with one sleek and smart driver interface. Built on an expandable platform, LINX will continue to evolve your on and off road driving experience both now and into the future.

Front & Rear Traction

Removing up to two (2) switches from your dashboard (front and rear Air Locker), the Front & Rear Traction module automatically senses driver input and activates the compressor as required.

Capable of switching each locker independently or allowing the front locker to be activated only when the rear locker is engaged first (a traditional safety feature), each locker key is highlighted in the display’s theme colour when selected, or grey when not selected, also showing a locked/unlocked symbol below the icon.

* Where operating the Air Locker Activation Compressor only, a Linx Relay Wiring harness will be required (Part No. 180422)

  • Removing up to two (2) switches
  • Instant activation of compressor when required
  • View both the Front and Rear traction buttons in the same module to free up the second module in split screen mode.
  • A total of 8 outputs can be displayed on the one screen by utilising the Switchboard and Traction modules.
  • Screen indicators confirm when lockers have been selected
  • Configurable to only run front Air Locker if the rear Air Locker is engaged

Compressor & Pressure Control

In addition to being able to activate your compressor within LINX we have taken tyre inflation and deflation to the next level (with the optional pressure control hardware kit fitted), LINX allows tyre pressures to be adjusted and set remotely via the touchscreen. By simply connecting the air hose from your vehicle mounted compressor to the tyre valve, current pressure is displayed on the LINX screen (which you can carry around the vehicle with you). Inputting a target pressure automatically inflates or deflates to your desired level with the pressure shown in real time on the display, making airing up or down for highway or off road simple and accurate. Once the chosen air pressure has reached the set value, an audible notification will sound to alert the user.

*Pressure Control requires optional LINX Air Pressure Control Kit (Part No. 7450107)

  • No additional inflator or deflator gauge required
  • Input desired pressure via Target Pressure keypad
  • Pressure shown in real time when compressor and hose connected
  • Air flow shuts off automatically when target pressure reached
  • On/off activation of compressor
  • Can be viewed in either split or full screen mode
  • User selectable maximum pressure for safety

Tyre Pressure Monitoring System

Monitor and keep a close eye on your vehicle and trailer's tyre pressure with the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Bluetooth module – integrating your ARB TPMS sensors with the LINX device!

Installed via the vehicle's 12V power supply, a Bluetooth comms box (sold separately) reads data from the ARB TPMS' sensors and conveniently shows independent readings from your vehicle and up to 3 trailers straight onto your LINX display.

  • Via a Bluetooth comms box (sold separately)and ARB TPMS tyre sensors, wirelessly monitor your vehicle and trailer's tyre pressure and temperature on your LINX display.
  • Configure and set up to 4 specific modes of your choice, including custom naming and the desired tyre pressure for all tyres within the specific mode.
  • Auto Trailer Detection allows for convenient switching between trailers - LINX will automatically detect and display the correct pre-programmed trailer if you swap for example, from your box trailer to your boat trailer.
  • Set trailer type and icon: single or tandem.
  • Set a desired pressure variation alert value.
  • Set a desired temperature alert value.
  • Set a desired tyre pressure for a spare tyre.
  • Quickly and easily learn, change or delete the sensor for each wheel if you're changing tyres or swapping a wheel.

Accessory Switchboard

A key feature of the LINX platform is its ability to control six (6) additional switched accessories. Each accessory can be customised to switch on or off by user input, and/or automatically by ignition, high beam headlamps, low beam headlamps or reversing lamps. Additionally, each accessory can be personalised in name with individual settings for low voltage cut out to protect your vehicle from a flat battery.

  • Controls up to six (6) additional switched accessories
  • Can be switched on or off manually or automatically by ignition, high beam headlamps, low beam headlamps or reversing lamps
  • Each accessory name can be customised
  • Each accessory can have a user selectable low voltage cut out
  • Can be viewed in either split or full screen mode
  • Courtesy Light feature enables the user to have an accessory automatically turn on (i.e. driving lights or light bar) for a specified period of time when their vehicle is turned off.

Battery Monitor

With all the additional powered accessories fitted to your 4WD, having ample battery capacity is a must. LINX allows you to monitor up to three (3) batteries simultaneously. Each battery can be identified by a custom name with the added ability to set low voltage alarms on each; ensuring your beer stays cold and you are never left without enough power to start your vehicle. The State of Charge Monitoring Graph allows users to keep track of the 6hr, 12hr and 24hr history of the battery voltage movements. By monitoring vehicle battery voltage and always checking the ‘Display Stop Charging’ value set, the LINX controller’s USB charging port will be turned off when the vehicle’s battery voltage has dropped below the specified level.

  • Monitors up to three (3) batteries
  • Personalise each battery by name
  • USB Charging Control allows users to choose between ‘Always On’ and ‘Battery Saver’ charge modes.
  • ‘Battery Saver’ mode optimises power consumption when the LINX Display is charging by maintaining the LINX Display’s battery between 60-80%
  • Set independent low voltage alarms (silent)
  • Can be viewed in either split or full screen mode
  • Battery consumption optimisation reduces unnecessary draw on the vehicle’s battery while switched off
  • State of Charge Monitoring Graph allows users to keep track of the 6hr, 12hr and 24hr history of battery voltage movements.
  • ‘Display Stop Charging’ setting allows users to set a minimum battery voltage at which the LINX Display will stop being charged

Your vehicle’s factory speedometer can be inaccurate and changing your tyre size for optimal ground clearance or running different tyres for on or off road use can often lead to further speedometer inaccuracies. With LINX’s Speedometer Module you can now have confidence no matter what size tyre your vehicle runs as the built-in GPS ensures an accurate reading. The LINX Speedometer Module also shows your altitude and compass bearing and allows for speed limit warnings to be set.

  • Accurate GPS speed reading
  • Set speed warning alarms, in single increments
  • Shows current altitude
  • Shows current compass bearing
  • Colour match text and numbers to your vehicle colour scheme
  • Can be viewed in either split or full screen mode

Air Suspension Control

When fitted with an optional LINX Pressure Control Kit, LINX can control up to 4 airbags either as pairs (to level front to rear) or independently*, allowing for levelling of the vehicle side to side and front to rear. Users can pre-set up to four personalised pressure modes which can be appropriately named to suit common loads or trailer types so they are available at the push of a single button. Many 4WDrivers install air bag suspension systems to help carry the occasional loads associated with towing boats, camper trailers and caravans. No matter if your vehicle is on uneven ground, travelling or stationary, LINX will only automatically maintain the pressure in the air suspension when it detects the vehicle is both stationary and on stable ground.

* Requires optional LINX Air Bag Isolation Kit (Part No. 7450109)

  • Display and control up to four (4) independent air bags
  • Link air bags as pairs to run at the same pressure
  • Up to four (4) custom Pre-set modes
  • Personalise Pre-set mode names e.g. Boat, Caravan, Daily Drive
  • User adjustable Min. and Max. pressure levels per axle
  • Set preferred deflate pressure when ACC. is off
  • Using the vehicle pitch, inclinometer and speed measurements, LINX will automatically maintain the pressure in the air suspension only when it detects the vehicle is stationary and on stable ground.

Using sensor data from the onboard controller, the Inclinometer module displays the roll and pitch of the vehicle, independent of the positioning of the Display. Users can set a pitch and roll warning limit to suit their vehicle so an alarm triggers to warn when the set limit is approaching.

  • Can be viewed as split screen or separately
  • Audible alarm option
  • When the vehicle reaches the set angle, an alarm is triggered
